The Fly Hungary Ltd. provides through its www.fly-hungary.com website the opportunity for publishing different services, but holds no responsability (ethical, financial)for the contents of those.
The advertisers have the right to compose their advertisment with the completion of our registration form which is followed by publishing only after Fly Hungary Ltd. runs a verification on it.
Further conditions regarding publishing is that the advertiser transfers the fee to the given bank account in a time period of three days.
The advertisers can show their own website as soon as the guests have chosen their link from our website.
Fly Hungary Ltd. holds no further responsability of the relationship between advertiser and customer from the moment the customer has linked to the advertiser's page, so they cannot come up with any kind of legal complaint against Fly Hungary Ltd.
The advertiser undertakes itself for providing the service to the customer according to the contract that has come to life among them, and in the best and most careful way.
The customer pays the service fee to the provider according to the agreement settled among them.
Fly Hungary Ltd. does not mediate any service among the customers therefor is not legally ampowered to receive allowance.
In the case of breaking of contract agreements among the provider and customer, Fly Hungary Ltd. holds no responsability.
Fly Hungary Lts. Is responsable for continuously publishing the advertisments until the date setled in the contract with the provider.
This responsability does not spread out to those arrors that occur outisde its field of action.
